Visual inspection

High-resolution cameras, image analysis algorithms and customised lighting methods detect visual defects such as cracks, discolouration and impurities. Applications include tablets, capsules, injection vials and medical devices.

Barcode- and labelverification

Checking labelling and barcoding: product identification, lot numbers, expiry dates and serial numbers are read and verified. This is essential for tracking and traceability.

Particle and contamination detection

Using techniques such as vision inspection, light obscuration and automated microscopy, we detect particles, contaminants and foreign objects in pharmaceutical and medical products.

Packaging integrity

Inspection of packaging materials for proper sealing, the presence of seals, and the correct placement of labels or package leaflets. From blister packs to bottles and boxes, as well as ported and sterile bags.

Codes and verification

Reading and verifying printed codes: serial numbers, batch numbers, expiry dates. So you can be certain that every product complies with the applicable regulations.

Documentation and data management

The system generates inspection reports and maintains detailed records for compliance. This ensures traceability and makes documentation for audits or recall actions considerably easier.
