iM platform
All-in 360° inspection of primary packaging components, with exceptional accuracy and speed. That is what the iM system is built for.
Key Figures
360° inspection with maximum speed and accuracy
The iM platform is developed for manufacturers running high-volume production where every individual component must meet stringent quality requirements. Typical applications include closures, plungers, needle shields and tip caps for the pharmaceutical industry.
Its modular design enables rapid changeovers between product types with minimal setup time, with fully automated calibration available as an option. The system is fully recipe-driven, meaning all inspection and machine parameters are automatically configured through the system software.
Compact enough for cleanroom environments and powerful enough for the most demanding production lines, the iM is engineered for high reliability, long service life and consistent inspection performance. The world-class standard in inspection systems.

Suitable for
The iM system is suitable for:
Plungers
Closures
Tip caps
Needle shields
Micro plastics
How it works
The iM system performs four inspection and handling steps. Together, they ensure that every product is thoroughly inspected before leaving the production line.
Step 1: Inspection of the interior and base
Endoscopic cameras inspect the interior of the product while simultaneously inspecting the bottom. This is done using a highly specific vacuum technology for product positioning, which offers many advantages over alternatives such as glass plates, which significantly reduce image quality and therefore inspection results, and require much more maintenance. Products that do not meet quality standards are automatically removed immediately.
Step 2: 360° inspection of the side and top
At the second station, at least five cameras capture the full surface. Optionally, additional cameras can be added for dimensional measurements and coating detection. After this station, the complete product has been imaged.
Step 3: Metal detection (optional)
After visual inspection, the products pass through a metal detector. Both ferrous and non-ferrous metals are detected, ruling out contamination during the production process.
Step 4: Accept, reject and sample
An intelligent tracking system counts the products and routes them to separate accept, reject and QA sample stations. All accepted products are packaged under strictly controlled conditions using specially designed integrated and automated packaging units, in regular bags or in ported bags (Tyvek). All data is stored in a SQL database accessible to external applications, giving you and your team immediate insight into product quality and supporting optimisation of the production process.

iX platform
High-speed top, bottom and side inspection for a wide range of primary packaging components.
Key figures
Modular, flexible and cleanroom-compatible.
The iX platform is built for manufacturers who need to switch quickly between product types without sacrificing accuracy. The modular architecture makes that possible: minimal changeover time, maximum flexibility. Optionally, the system can be extended with an internal inspection module, colour cameras or a dimensional measurement station, without requiring an additional inspection station.
Compact enough for cleanroom environments and robust enough for the production floor, the iX is designed to adapt to changing production requirements.

Suitable for
The iX system is suitable for:
Plungers
Needle shields
Closures
Tip caps
Micro plastics
What makes the iX different?
Where the iM platform is all about comprehensive inspection of every product, the iX is designed for manufacturers who primarily need top, bottom and side inspection, but with the ability to expand further. That makes the iX particularly versatile: the system scales with your requirements.
Modular architecture
Fast changeovers between product types without major retooling. That keeps your line running and limits your changeover time to less than ten minutes.
Optionally configurable
The base investment remains manageable, while at the same time up to two additional inspection positions are available where required. These include internal inspection and a dimensional measurement. Colour cameras are also available as an optional feature.
Wide product range
From rubber closures to aluminium caps. The iX is designed to handle a wide variety of primary packaging components, without requiring a separate system for each product type.
Support and training
We ensure your team knows the iX system and gets the most out of it. Training from basic operation to advanced configuration is an ongoing part of our collaboration. We also offer worldwide support on every system, whether you need technical assistance, software updates or maintenance. We are there to keep your production system running.

iR platform
Not every inspection is about speed. Sometimes it is about carefully analysing each individual product, from every angle, with maximum precision.
Key figures
Maximum precision at low volumes. That is what the iR is designed for.
Sometimes it is about carefully analysing each individual product, from every angle, with maximum precision. The iR system is built for exactly that situation. It is the platform of choice for AQL sampling, R&D product development, testing new inspection algorithms and measuring repeatability (MSA). And with a compact footprint, this system is easy to integrate into existing environments.
The system makes it straightforward to determine the right inspection setup, configure the settings and choose which measurement data is logged. All vision measurement data is recorded per product and immediately available for analysis. Products are inspected from all sides, including a precise inspection of the interior.

Suitable for
The iR system is suitable for:
Plungers
Needle shields
Closures
Tip caps
Medical plastics
Precision products
What makes the iR different?
The iM and iX are both built for high-speed production, but the iR prioritises maximum flexibility and precision, not throughput. That makes this platform indispensable in the pre-production phase and for quality assurance.
AQL-sampling
Sample-based quality control at the highest level of precision. The iR system delivers the measurement data you need to make confident decisions about your batch.
R&D and product development
New products require new inspection parameters. The iR makes it easy to test setups, develop algorithms and validate measurement results before moving to production.
MSA and repeatability
How reliable is your inspection? With the iR you can objectively determine the repeatability of your measurements. Essential for validation and process improvement.
High mix, low volume
Many different products, small quantities per run. The iR switches quickly between setups (less than three minutes changeover time) and is therefore ideally suited for high-mix environments.
An easy transition to an iM or iX platform
Inspection programmes used on the iR platform can be fully and easily transferred to an iM or iX platform when the same high-quality inspection of a specific product needs to be applied in a production environment.
Support and training
We ensure your team knows the iR system and gets the most out of it. Training from basic operation to advanced configuration is an ongoing part of our collaboration. We also offer worldwide support on every system, whether technical questions, software updates or maintenance. We are there to keep your production system running.

iH platform
Advanced thermal inspection technology
The solution uses high-performance thermal cameras to continuously monitor material surfaces in real time. By detecting temperature anomalies, the system identifies hot particles or irregularities that may compromise product integrity. Advanced image processing algorithms ensure accurate detection even under challenging production conditions.

Application
This technology is particularly suited for the inspection of fibrous or spun insulation materials, where hot inclusions can occur during the manufacturing process. The system scans the material stream and pinpoints hot spots with high precision.
